Great stay with amazing views
The room was spacious and had a lovely view overlooking the river. I appreciated the easy access to attractions like the Peace Memorial Park, just a short walk away. I do wish there were more breakfast options available, though.

Perfect accommodation with marvellous setting short walk to the city's main shopping district, the train station and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial park, and shopping street. Savoury breakfast for vegetarians.

Overall it was a decent size and compact exactly like in the pictures. It was based in really nice building in a great location, near many restaurants and shops...

Centrally located within walking distance of JR Station and streetcar. Walking distanceto Peace Park, restaurants, Nightlife. Rooms a comfortable size for a Japanese city. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again if back in Hiroshima

Amazing place with free wi-fi, laundry facilities, a tv, and 24-hour reception. The staff once gave me the best local taxi tips, which I still remember. I recommend asking for help. They're super friendly! I'm coming back for a city trip.

Located centrally in terms of tram rides, few stops to popular tourist landmarks (eg. A-bomb, Okonomiyaki Village, nightlife district, etc) except for Miyajima guchi. Reception staff speak adequate English and provide useful travelling tips (like where to eat cheap and yummy okonomiyaki without needing to get to Okonomiyaki Village, which value day passes to buy, and how to travel to Miyajima). Taxi rides from hotel to jr station and Abomb are cheap around 800yen. Delicious breakfast buffet with variety of western-japanese style dishes. My favorite is the freshly grounded and brewed coffee machine. If you buy breakfast buffet voucher in advance, you pay 800yen instead of 1000yen on the day. Microwave on the 6th floor -great for heating up my bentos. Excellent lan connection for skype and youtube. Free yukatas available on each floor for guests to take as needed.
Strange odor in my room. So bad that I had to take their bottle of diffuser in the lobby by the elevator to deoderize the room.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were very patient with our inability to speak Japanese. We appreciated them very much! The room was bigger than I expected. Great value for the price.

The self check-in process felt overly complicated, and the air conditioning left the room feeling stifling at times. The hotel's location, while close to the city, was just a couple blocks away from an area with a noticeable red-light vibe, which could be off-putting for some. The laundry facilities appeared outdated and lacked clear instructions.

The location is excellent with easy access from the train station: only a short ride on the tram and a few minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent; good value for money, especially if you book the day before. The green tea provided in the room was the best we have had anywhere. The staff spoke sufficient English to help us out. Yukatas were available for pick up as you stepped out onto your floor.
The grounds outside are currently undergoing major repair so the approach doesn't look so great, but the inside of the hotel is quite fine.

Reasonably close to a tram stop and convenient for the entertainment/shopping district.

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious room that offered a breathtaking river view, and I loved the convenience of having a coffee percolator right there. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace and a relaxing spa area that made unwinding easy after exploring the city. The only downside was some noise from the surrounding area at night, but it didn’t really bother me too much. 🌟

10 minutes walk from the station, calm street.
Focused on Japanese business travellers and/or tourists, on the building itself there is even no "hotel" sign when you come from the riverside, only Japanese letters... The room is a bit worn-out; although everything works ok (not enough light for reading in bed).

the staff were nice, especially the front desk people. for the money it was fine.
I didn't like the carpet in the room, it felt dirty...it didn't look or smell dirty though.
